Payment optionsPayment is possible via Paypal and bank transfer. Credit cards are only accepted via Paypal at the moment.
For Italian territory payment via Postepay is also possible.
Shipping and delivery
All items are shipped either via ordinary air mail (posta prioritaria, cheapest option) or registered airmail (posta raccomandata). Proof of postage is available only for registered airmail service.
Prices vary depending on package weight (which is automatically calculated by the shopping cart) and include handling fees.
Italian postal service made some weird update to their fees recently, so that there are cases in which shipping via registered mail is cheaper than ordinary mail, which should be the cheapest option. In these cases, only registered mail service will be available in the cart.
Items will be shipped normally within 3 working days since receiving of payment. Delivery usually takes up to 3 working days for Italian territory and up to 10-14 working days for European countries (usually much less). Non-EU countries may experience a slight delay due to customs.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by postal services.
Returns Policy
Customer has the right to return the goods received for exchange or refund. Customer must just contact us within 10 days from goods receiving and send back the goods to the following address:
